Learning the impact that food has on our bodies has been one of the biggest ongoing lessons. What we eat impacts our moods, our cravings, our behaviours and our overall well being. I've learned that when I feed my body with home prepared nutritous food I lead a more balanced life. My moods stabalize, I'm more confident, I have more energy and of course I'm lighter.
